Condo sales slow in MA, in 2007, but just a tad

Earlier today, The Warren Group released sales data for 2007, showing a drop in both sales volume and median sales price for all of Massachusetts, and for the city of Boston, as well.
What was behind the slowdown?

Boston: it’s pretty good (unless you work, or want to work)

The Wall Street Journal had a story out on Monday called “Where Housing Is Headed”.
Basically, down.
Anyway, the story was about how areas that have stayed strong over the past year or two may be headed for more trouble.
How’d Boston do?
Not too shabby.
