Ready to buy?

This blog is read by thousands of people each day (by which I mean, hundreds).
I am curious.
If you can spare three minutes, leave me a comment.
Are you a homeowner, currently?
Are you a homeowner looking to buy and/or sell?
Are you a renter looking to buy your first home?
Do you live in Boston?
Do you live in Massachusetts?
Do […]

Keep in mind …

Keep in mind, although mortgage loan interest rates and the state the national economy have an effect on the US real estate market, one does not directly result in the strength or weakness of the other, and vice versa.
For some reason, I thought I should mention that.

This is insanity and I’m really annoyed about it

I can’t even pretend to keep my patience about this.

The proposal is part of foreclosure prevention initiative administration officials will present […]

China’s got our back (not)

So, for the past several years, the common talk has been, “The US economy is being propped up by foreigners buying all our debt.”
I was always a bit concerned about this, but never thought it would affect me, personally.

How […]

I now owe about 110 percent of my home’s market value. I recently lost my tech job, which paid […]
