Shocking drop in condo sales, not so shocking, after-all (CORRECTION)

Surprising no one but myself, it turns out I used inaccurate data when reporting condo sales in Boston, in June.

I really don’t know how this happened, since I was simply using information I pulled from LINK.  They did have a major software upgrade last month, and apparently, this led to some bugs in the system.  […]
